RECOURSE Mediation Services can help you work through unresolved conflict in a way that satisfies all parties.

Housing Matters:  We help landords, tenants, and roommates find resolution to their disputes in ways that address the true needs and concerns of each person.

Family Matters:  Whether your family matter is divorce-related and involves disagreements about child custody, child support, visitation, co-parenting, asset-splitting, or any communication problems, RECOURSE can help. We do not complete legal paperwork or prepare Marriage Settlement Agreements. RECOURSE can also assist you if your family matter is connected to  disputes that are not divorce related, such as guardianship, extended family (elder disputes, grandparents, siblings, teens etc), domestic partnership, pets,  and trusts.

Workplace: Unresolved conflict in the workplace can affect the bottom line and the morale and work environment of a business. RECOURSE can help if you are a business owner, employee, have a family business, partnership, have co-worker problems, require meeting facilitation, are struggling with hiring and firing issues, workplace harassment, contracts, vendor and supplier problems, payment and collection

Neighbors: When neighbors are in protracted conflict, it can affect enjoyment of the home and the neighborhood. RECOURSE can assist neighbors in finding peaceful resolution in disputes connected with trees, dogs, fences, easements and property lines, drainage, noise and nuisance, harassment, parking and other disputes that affect neighbors and communities. If you are a property manager, HOA official or run transitional housing facilities we can assist your efforts to maintain clear, respectful communication between neighbors.

Court Cases: If you are self-represented in a court case, RECOURSE provides free mediation services at the Court: small claims, Unlawful Detainer (eviction), Short Cause, Civil Harassment, Guardianship and Family Law matters. Day of trial mediations are available for Small Claims, Short Cause, Unlawful Detainer and Civil Harassment cases. Judges may refer Guardianship and Family Law matters for mediation at no cost to the parties.
