THE RECOURSE TEAM

RECOURSE Mediation Services models the values and principles of healthy communication and collaborative problem solving throughout the entire organization.

We have a staff of 4 part time people who:

  • oversee the administration of the organization
  • manage the programs: community mediation, court-related mediation, meeting facilitation, conflict resolution training and restorative justice for youth
  • supervise and co-ordinate a volunteer panel of  over 70 well trained and experienced volunteer mediators
  • train new mediators
  • fill-in when volunteer mediators are unavailable, mostly during the daytime
