Basic Mediation Skills Training
This 32-hour experiential training is conducted on two consecutive weekends to accommodate most work schedules, and teaches the basic skills required to successfully mediate disputes. Price: $300. Call (707)525-8545 or email info@recoursemediation.com to register now.
RECOURSE uses and teaches an interest-based model of mediation in which participants learn skills that surface the underlying needs, concerns, fears and desires of all parties in the conflict.

Getting to Resolution with Difficult People: February 11 &12, 2012 9am – 5pm (16 hrs) 13 general MCLE credits
Cost: $80 per day, $150 for both days
This training is designed in 2 parts, with each session offered as a stand-alone training. Part 1 focuses on dealing with people who “press our buttons” and whom we find challenging to deal with as conflict resolution professionals. Part 2 deals with moving to resolution with high conflict parties who may have personality disorders or health issues that make them “impossible” to work with in dispute resolution settings.
